About the Role

As the People & Culture Specialist, you will be a recruitment powerhouse with a passion for end-to-end talent management and people operations? • Culture & Engagement: Drive employee satisfaction by coordinating pulse surveys and health and wellness initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain HR databases, assist with payroll/benefit queries, and look for ways to continuously improve HR workflows.
What You Bring
  • Human Resources: 3-5 years experience in a generalist HR role
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment cycles, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Compliance Savvy: Strong attention to detail with experience managing digital compliance systems and pre-employment checks (VEVO, medicals, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: You are a professional communicator who can influence stakeholders and coach managers effectively.
  • Proactive Mindset: You don't just follow processes; you look for ways to improve them.
  • Knowledge Base: A solid understanding of relevant employment legislation and award interpretation.
