Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to school administrators on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, transferring to a modernised HR system.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
