This is a temporary role for a recruiter who will own all aspects of the recruitment process for a variety of roles, working closely with and supporting hiring managers. You will offer exceptional service to our hiring managers and candidates to evolve employee experience while consistently promoting the organisation as an employer of choice to attract the best available talent in the market.

- Partnering with hiring managers to create great job descriptions and develop professional advertisements.
- Coordinating end to end recruitment includes making recommendations to hiring managers on the suitability of candidates and conducting interviews.
- Partnering with people leaders to understand current and future talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the recruitment process
- Working with specialists to ensure that immigration and visa practices are effective, efficient, timely and compliant with relevant legislation and government policies.
What you need to succeed
- Significant recruitment experience: (sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, VEVO checks, pre-employment medicals etc) with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Be an engaging and influential communicator with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders of various levels of seniority and diversity.
- Experience using and developing inhouse e-recruitment platforms, ideally, SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute to new ideas and better ways of working.
- Be team orientated with a good sense of humour.
