Your new role
As a pivotal member of their team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Key responsibilities

Manage a regional portfolio of blue-collar recruitment needs

Source candidates through job boards, campaigns, networking, and referrals

Deliver an end-to-end recruitment process with a strong focus on candidate experience

Work closely with site stakeholders on current hiring and future workforce planning

Build and maintain talent pipelines across trade and operational roles
What you will need to succeed
-
Experience in agency or internal recruitment, blue-collar and high-volume environments

Exposure to mining, resources, or remote sectors is an advantage
-
A motivated recruiter ready to step into a leadership pathway, or
-
A hands-on recruiter who enjoys working closely with operational teams
