Blue Collar Recruiter required for an Immediate start for three-month temporary part-time or full-time contract.
Our client is seeking an immediately available blue collar recruiter for a three-month temporary contract based South of the River.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for their blue collar opportunities.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with Hiring Managers regarding requirements
- Designing and developing sourcing techniques for attraction, including advertising, referrals, database searching etc.
- Pre-screening
- Scheduling and supporting interview process
- Management of feedback and compliance checking
- Ad hoc tasks as required
This position would suit an individual who is an experienced blue collar recruiter who is either looking to work full or part-time as school hours can be offered.
