Experienced high volume recruiter required for a six-month temporary contract
Our client operates in diversified sectors across financial services, hospitality, travel and consumer services.
They are currently seeking an immediately available recruiter to join the team for a six-month period to be based at either their CBD or North of the River offices.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment for one of their high-volume departments, including:
- Sourcing via SEEK and other tools
- Prescreening
- Shortlisting
- Coordination of interviews including bulk
- Supporting the compliance processing
- Ad hoc tasks
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruiter who has ideally got previous experience of recruiting within a high volume portfolio. Prior exposure to workday would be preferred but is not essential. Working holiday visa applications will be considered. Hybrid working is offered.
