A high-volume recruiter is required for an immediate start.
An opportunity exists to join this established mining services organisation as a high volume recruiter to support the end-to-end recruitment process.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple roles simultaneously while partnering closely with hiring managers.
You must have proven experience of high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to confidently source, screen, coordinate and influence. Blue collar recruitment or hospitality recruitment experience would be preferred.
This will be offered as a temporary assignment for two to three months to commence immediately.
