Experienced end-to-end Recruitment Business Partner required for an immediate start.
Our client is seeking an immediately available experienced recruitment business partner to join their team based South of the River.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support an increase in workload due to a new campaign.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Sourcing of applicants through suitable channels
- Prescreening and shortlisting
- Interviewing and presenting details to line management
- Engagement, coaching and development of Hiring Managers to instil best practice
- Effective application management to ensure engagement and retention throughout the process
- Proactively marketing the positive branding of the organisation both internally and externally
- Creation of candidate pools and pipelines
- Supporting required compliance and onboarding
This is an opportunity to add value in your capacity as an effective recruiter. To be successful in your application, you will be an end-to-end recruitment business partner who excels in stakeholder engagement and applicant management. You will possess experience of managing white collar technical and white collar corporate roles and have a consolidated career history within recruitment or talent acquisition.
This role will be offered on the basis of a six-month temporary contract and requires an immediate start.
