Our client, a well-regarded player in the mining sector, is seeking two experienced Recruitment Officers to support high-volume hiring for mechanical and structural roles across underground mine sites.

Your new role

Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, you'll be part of a friendly and down-to-earth team that values collaboration and a good sense of humour. This short-term contract is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.

• Conduct high-volume phone interviews using a structured template
• Screen candidates for roles such as:
  • Riggers
  • Crane Operators
  • Trade Assistants
  • Boilermakers
  • Mechanical Fitters
• Coordinate onboarding and compliance processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records using Human Force and LiveHire
• Liaise with clients and candidates in a professional and timely manner

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in blue-collar, trades, or mining
• Strong phone communication skills and ability to manage multiple calls daily
• Familiarity with HumanForce and LiveHire (preferred but not essential)
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a sense of humour
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
