Join a well-established organisation based on the Southern Gold Coast that is experiencing continued growth and requires an experienced recruiter to support the business during a busy period. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with an immediate start, offering the chance to work within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Your new role
As the Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hiring outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to onboarding
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Conducting phone screens and interviews
- Coordinating interviews and stakeholder communication
- Managing candidate care throughout the recruitment process
- Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Providing recruitment advice and market insights to hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous recruitment experience, either agency or internal
- Experience with Blue collar recruitment would be a bonus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience sourcing candidates across a range of professional roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
