Our client is seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to lead the development and assist in the implementation of the organisation's overall remuneration strategy, providing recommendations to the Executive team for approval.

The role will act as SME to the Senior Leaders and Executive.

The successful applicant will lead compliance with remuneration strategy. There role encompasses the following duties.

  • Manage and oversee the organisation's annual salary review processes, including providing SME advice to the senior management on salary data.
  • Manage and review the remuneration policies and procedures, including acting as SME on remuneration data
  • Liaise with key external stakeholders on remuneration review matters, including Salaries and Allowances.
  • Manage the classification panel and procedure to ensure continuous improvements are made to achieve effective, streamlined, benchmarked and consistent outcomes across the organisation
  • Manage final remuneration salary increment changes with the annual implementation of the organisation's performance review and reward programs.
  • Manage and oversee the benefits and rewards programs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform recommendations on overall employee remuneration and benefits, including financial modelling to inform strategy and policy development to all levels of management.
  • Day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including salary packaging, novated leases, and employee discount programs.
  • Act as subject matter expert to advise internal stakeholders of the organisation's employee value proposition specific to individual employees' circumstances.
  • Visibly lead, engage, and support all team members and foster a teamwork spirit that encourages high performance and allows each team member to be successful.
To be successful in this role you will have a degree in HR Management or similar and a background in a similar role with strong remuneration and benefits experience.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the role and apply your specialised skills in Remuneration and Reward management in an initial 6 month contract with possibility of extension.
