Are you a recruitment leader ready to shape the future of talent acquisition across a national footprint ? Our client is seeking a Senior Talent Lead to join the Central Recruitment Team and champion innovative, inclusive, and data-driven hiring strategies that fuel business success.

As Senior Talent Lead, you'll be at the helm of strategic workforce planning and recruitment operations, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently and compliantly across diverse contracts. You'll lead a high-performing team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive initiatives that elevate the employer brand and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor recruitment professionals across the Central Recruitment Team
• Design and execute workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Champion best-practice sourcing and data-driven decision-making
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and contract specific requirements
• Develop targeted campaigns supporting indigenous, disability, and diverse hiring pathways
• Build strong talent pipelines and foster candidate engagement
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Key Account Directors, Workforce Planning Managers and Training teams
• Influence strategic problem-solving and stakeholder alignment across the organisation.

• Deep understanding of compliance, employment law, and pre-employment processes
• Expertise in employer branding and candidate experience
• Strong analytical mindset
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
