Experienced Senior Reward Analyst sought by top tier mining contractor.

The current market is such that it is essential for organisations to comprehend the remuneration and reward trends to attract and retain top talent.

Our client has recognised this and is seeking a further Senior Reward Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of the annual salary review
• Managing all remuneration data
• Benchmarking and interpretation of external and market data
• Supporting competitive tenders
• Creation and development of reports
• Design and development of reward programs and remuneration initiatives
• Coordination of the employee benefits program
• Job evaluation and classification
• Ensure compliance is adhered to

To be successful in your application, you will be degree qualified with recent experience within remuneration and reward in Australia. You will possess advanced excel and reporting skills, coupled with the ability to problem-solve and analyse in order to develop commercial insights. You must be highly organised in your approach, present confidently and professionally, and demonstrate the ability to liaise at all levels within the business.
