Your new role
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions across a diverse portfolio of roles. Operating as a trusted advisor, you will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, shape sourcing strategies and attract exceptional talent through proactive, relationship based recruitment. This is a hands on, consultative role where quality, influence and experience matter.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment across designated portfolios, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, candidate care and hiring manager support
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, search strategies and selection processes
- Building and executing advanced sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and referral networks
- Conducting market mapping and competitor research to inform pipelining and workforce planning
- Drafting and publishing compelling, brand aligned job advertisements
- Managing candidate relationships with professionalism and care throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Leading offer negotiations and providing advice on employment terms, market conditions and internal equity
- Influencing hiring managers to uphold inclusive, compliant and best‑practice recruitment approaches
- Effectively using the ATS to manage pipelines, ensure data integrity and report on recruitment activity
- Ensuring timely and compliant recruitment administration, including contracts, onboarding and pre‑employment checks
- Representing the organisation at recruitment events and career expos as required
- Providing informal mentoring and support to junior TA team members
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems and templates
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Exposure to recruitment within healthcare
- Proven experience in professional, niche or specialist recruitment, either in an internal TA or agency environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, with experience supporting complex or senior hiring portfolios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced sourcing and market research experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
- Demonstrated capability managing the end‑to‑end candidate journey, including offer and negotiation stages
- Experience working with ATS platforms and maintaining accurate recruitment data
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles concurrently
