We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume mining portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring leaders to deliver fast, high-quality hiring outcomes, bringing a strategic approach to sourcing, talent pooling, and stakeholder engagement. You will build proactive pipelines for operators, trades, and site-based roles while executing innovative sourcing strategies to stay ahead of demand.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and play a key role in shaping hiring plans and driving efficient decision-making.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing and workforce planning, sourcing and attraction campaigns, screening and shortlisting, interview coordination and offer management. This position will be supported by a mobilisation officer.

Success in this role will be defined by your ability to build strong talent pipelines, confidently engage and influence stakeholders, and consistently deliver results in a high-volume environment. A strong understanding of the blue-collar mining talent market, combined with a focus on efficiency, quality, and candidate experience, is essential.
