Our Client
Our client is located in the CBD and is seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team on a 3-month part-time temporary basis.
Your new role
The client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of 10 new staff members to deliver the program objectives and associated activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities.
- Review and refine draft advertisements
- Post job ads using Seek account
- Evaluate incoming applications promptly
- Create and manage a shortlist of candidates
- Schedule, coordinate and conduct interviews
- Conduct thorough reference checks
- Prepare contracts and onboarding documents
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process
What you will need:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Experience in energy, resources, mining, or education (preferred)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
