An immediately available generalist HR Business Partner is required for a three-month contract.
Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner who has specialised in the attraction of indigenous talent.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process including:
- Sourcing and attraction strategies
- Engagement with community liaison coordinators
- Supporting pre-screening and interviewing
- Liaising with Hiring Managers and presenting shortlists
- Management of compliance and supporting onboarding process
To be successful in your application, you will be a specialist talent acquisition business partner who has previous experience of managing indigenous recruitment. This position will require an immediate start and will be offered as an ongoing temporary contract. This position is Perth-based with hybrid working, but remote working is not an option.
