Your new company

Your new role
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish across multiple roles

Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and tailor solutions

Use creative sourcing strategies to find the right people, fast

Ensure candidates have a smooth, respectful experience from first contact to offer

Occasionally, you travel to operational sites to gain insight into the environments you're hiring for
What you will need to succeed

Experience in recruitment (internal or agency), ideally with high-volume exposure

Strong communication skills and the ability to guide stakeholders through the hiring process

A knack for juggling competing priorities without dropping the ball

Comfort with recruitment systems and digital tools

A curious mindset and a drive to improve how things are done
