Your New Role
In this position, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services across both blue‑ and white‑collar roles, supporting metropolitan and regional locations. You will manage an average portfolio of 15-20 vacancies, ensuring timely and effective outcomes while providing an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment including advertising, sourcing, screening, first‑stage interviews, reference checks and offer management
- Writing compelling and inclusive job advertisements aligned with the organisation's brand and EVP
- Providing a high‑quality candidate and hiring leader experience through clear, timely communication
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Applying sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
- Collaborating with People & Culture stakeholders to support broader talent initiatives
- Supporting diversity and inclusion through inclusive recruitment practices and sourcing strategies
- Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and internal talent pools
- Utilising social media and emerging digital platforms to attract diverse talent
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong sourcing capability and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and ATS platforms
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A proactive, professional approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- A genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion and delivering a positive candidate experience
