Are you seeking a busy, fast-paced role within Talent Acquisition? This is an opportunity to become a part of a recognised State Government Department that values professionalism, innovation and has an impact on the wider community. Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition specialist to immediately join their expanding team. This position is a fulltime temporary role to commence immediately based in the Adelaide CBD.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Talent and supporting the wider team of experts, you will be responsible for providing support and solutions to create seamless and engaging recruitment processes. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, your daily duties will also include but not limited to;
- Creating and advertising job vacancies
- Managing applications, checking application forms and ensure selection criteria is addressed.
- Co-ordination of interviews
- Conducting reference checks, visa checks and assisting with onboarding documentation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to create strong and personable relationships
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and work towards these to achieve business outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have previous experience within recruitment activities and possess excellent interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong relationships. You will also have a strong ability to multi-task and communicate through your self-motivated nature and enjoy working within a team environment. You must also have a valid NPC or be willing to obtain one.
