Hays has partnered with an Australian-owned company who provides environmental consulting services across various sectors.
Your new role
Seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding HR team. You will support and work closely with the HR Coordinator. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Recruitment Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and campaigns.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement mass hiring plans with clear timelines, goals, and resources.

Candidate Screening & Selection: Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews for technical skills and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
What you will need to succeed

Strong customer focus
-
Proven background in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, or Agency Recruiting

Experience running full-cycle recruitment

Similar industry experience (preferred)

2 years' experience in the same role or similar
