We are seeking delivery-focused Recruitment Advisors to join this ASX listed business for a critical 3-6 month project. You will be essential in managing the large-scale mobilisation of the operational workforce. This is a hands-on, high-volume role where your expertise in sourcing and securing blue-collar, site-based, and logistics talent will directly impact project deadlines. Our client is a well-known leader in the industrial space, leveraging high-tech data and technology to drive efficiency. The Recruitment function is high-performing and currently experiencing increased workload that requires proven specialists to take the lead on operational workforce delivery.

This role requires a dedicated focus on execution and speed. Key areas of responsibility include:

• End-to-End Volume Recruitment: Managing the entire life cycle for blue-collar, trade, and logistics roles
• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Strategically and rapidly sourcing candidates for a large project using methods effective for site-based personnel (including industry-specific job boards, social channels, and referrals).
• Rapid Candidate Screening: Implementing streamlined, high-touch screening processes to quickly identify site-ready and compliant talent.
• Compliance & Mobilisation: Coordinating all compliance documentation including medicals, inductions, and site access to ensure a seamless and immediate mobilisation of new hires.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Working with Operations Managers and Site Supervisors to translate workforce needs into actionable, time-critical recruitment plans.
• Process Improvement: Identifying and executing process efficiencies to reduce time-to-hire in a volume environment.

You will be enthusiastic, resilient, and delivery-focused recruitment professional with:

• Proven, recent experience in high-volume recruitment managing large pipelines of vacancies concurrently.
• Direct experience recruiting for blue-collar, logistics, childcare or heavy industrial operational roles is highly preferred.
• A natural ability to build rapport and influence operational leaders and candidates quickly.
• Flexibility and resilience to support a busy, high-pressure business unit with an immediate need.
• Strong organisational skills to manage documentation and onboarding compliance for multiple starters per week/month.
