Workforce Recruiter role in Brisbane , full time hours, minimum 12 + month contract. Immediate start.

This government organisation in Brisbane requires an experienced recruiter to assist the technology team.

Your new role

The Workforce Coordinator will be responsible for resolving recruitment issues and providing advice and support to the team in relation to workforce coordination and recruitment. Key responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting the division with recruitment and Labour Hire Worker procurement
  • Providing administrative support, managing emails, meetings, creating documents and systems
  • Identifying and prioritising business demands through coordinating, monitoring and collating data for workforce planning
  • Managing compliance related activities

What you'll need to succeed

As this role is with a Federal Government Agency, applicants are required to hold Australian Citizenship. You will have demonstrated experience working in a complex recruiting environment, be agile and able to provide high-level advice on a range of recruitment and workforce coordination activities.

What you'll get in return

This role is initially for 12 months with a possibility for extension, rate of pay will be $60.26 p/hr + super and the role offers hybrid working.
