Over the past 5 years Seed Talent has used Jobs in HR as an essential channel in  reaching  mid- senior level HR professionals.

In many instances it has connected us with passive candidates who were not actively seeking a new opportunities, which are often the professionals of greatest interest. 

We view Jobs in HR as an essential part of any HR recruitment campaign we run.

I was recently engaged by a national professional services firm to find a National HR Manager for a 12 month contract, covering the incumbent while on parental leave.

The role had already been advertised on Seek and the AHRI job board, but despite a large response I did not have any candidates of the calibre required by my client.
I was unaware of Jobs in HR until I had a chance meeting with the founder of the business, but I soon realized I had overlooked a vital recruitment advertising product.

The position was advertised on Jobs in HR on 18th February and literally within hours that day I was receiving enquiries and response. I am convinced that no matter how much I had advertised in the other products I would not have been able to reach the vast majority of the candidates who subscribe to the Jobs in HR email bulletins.
The calibre of the candidates from Jobs in HR was outstanding and far above that generated by the other advertising products used. It certainly made the shortlisting process more exhaustive and exacting.
