Your new company
Based in Melbourne's Inner suburbs, this government agency is seeking an APS6 ICT Workforce Coordinator to lead recruitment activities, including providing complex recruitment advice, workforce planning and reporting, whilst also managing a small recruitment team for 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated workforce planning experience is essential
- Proven track-record leading a recruitment team is critical
- Previous experience within the Australian Public Service (APS) is highly regarded and is preferred
- Holding a current or have previously obtained a security baseline clearance is an advantage
- Must be an Australian Citizen to apply
