Your new company
Join a leading ASX-listed organisation in a specialist Employee Relations role supporting enterprise bargaining activities across a large national supply chain workforce. Reporting to a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner, you'll work within a collaborative HR team and gain exposure to complex industrial relations matters.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise bargaining activities across multiple sites
- Prepare Fair Work Commission applications and documentation
- Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements
- Provide ER and IR advice to leaders and HR stakeholders
- Support union engagement and employee consultation processes
- Assist with agreement implementation, investigations and ER projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations or Human Resources
- Exposure to Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
- Experience with Fair Work Commission documentation
- Strong understanding of Australian employment and industrial relations legislation
- Ability to build relationships and confidently influence stakeholders
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or other blue-collar environments will be highly regarded.
