Your new company
Based in Sydney CBD, you will be working for a leading education to provide critical training to employees. This is a 3-month contract, starting in Jan 2026!
Your new role
- Implement support strategies that prepare and support the organisation to successfully participate in online testing.
- Deliver high quality training and support to the participants supporting the testing
- Provide support to course participants.
- Undertake course evaluations and analyse outcomes to ensure course objectives are being met and to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Ensure all participants are provided with the relevant materials and support to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely advice to senior managers and report regularly on progress and achievements.
- Candidates must be available to work on site from the CBD office for the duration of the contract.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be a seasoned facilitator with proven ability to deliver training for online assessments.
- Experience in education in government and/or non-government sectors is desirable.
- Proven ability to liaise and negotiate with a range of stakeholders and work collaboratively within and across teams.
- High level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to harness technology to develop and deliver innovative programs.
