Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will work within a busy and collaborative HR team looking after the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Employee lifecycle, reviewing inductions and offboarding
- Providing advice on policies and procedures
- POC for employee queries
- Award interpretation
What you'll need to succeed

Relevant experience in a similar role as an HR Advisor looking after the employee lifecycle

Ideally, you will have experience in both white- and blue-collar environments and/or public sector experience

Ideally, you will have experience with Modern Awards

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
