Your new company
Working for a well known Australian Manufacturing business with offices and sites across the country. Based at the corporate Head Office in Western Sydney. Working in a small People & Culture team, this role is ideal for an up and coming HR Business Partner who has strong operational HR advisory skills. This role will be integral to coaching and advising leaders, and employees, on all areas of ER, HR policies and performance management.
Your new role

You will be the key business partner and advisor for the business on an operational and cultural basis

Talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees, advising hiring managers

Talent management, workforce planning and succession planning

Providing advice and support to all leaders and employees of the business on HR policies, processes, queries and workplace issues

Coaching through performance management conversations and being the first point of contact for employee issues

Managing WHS compliance, ensuring HR processes are in place and followed

HR reporting and data analysis

Drive culture through engagement programs, surveys, wellbeing initiatives and cultural events

Supporting the HR leader in delivery of any projects and change management work when needed
What you'll need to succeed
-
You will be an experienced Senior HR Advisor or up and coming HR Business Partner who is looking for that next step
- You will be a true HR generalist and have worked in similar roles previously
- Must have experience of recruitment, HR advice provision and coaching leaders through performance management issues

You will ideally have worked in a Manufacturing company or other aligned blue collar sectors

You will have had full responsibility for managing your own client group, delivery of programs and excellent knowledge of ER and modern awards,

You will have an eye for detail to be utilised for HR audits, compliance and WHS checks
- You will have strong HRIS and reporting skills
- You will be a team player who can be flexible and adaptable depending on the workload of the day or the week

This is a full time position with a 3/2 flexible working policy after the first three months
- Salary range is 110 - 130K base + super depending on experience
