About the Role
As an Business Partner, you will focus on generalist HR partnering and will strive to deliver both strategic advice and operational HR advice.

Reporting to the EGM of People & Communications this role will be an influential member of the team and be a key partner to Executive Team Members and Business Unit Leadership Team. The role will see you consulting on various business challenges, needs and on various people and business initiatives.
You will proactively identify areas for improvement and be willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team get things done.

About You
  • Strategic and operational experience in the development and implementation of human resource solutions for a commercial business
  • Experience working alongside and influencing senior stakeholders in a HR role
  • Proven change management experience
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • High level interpersonal, communication, negotiation and reasoning skills
  • High standard of ethical behaviour which promotes a positive workplace culture
  • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problems solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement of key performance indicators
  • Degree qualified, ideally in HR related fields
