Immediate start for experienced HR Manager for three months, either residential or 5:2 FIFO

This position will be based in the mining town of Kalgoorlie and can be offered as residential for three months or on a 5:2 FIFO roster.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources operations alongside the support of a team of 8.

Responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day management of the team - providing coaching and development where required
• Management of all employee relations and industrial relations-related matters
• Provision of support to all site-based leadership and the CEO
• Management of the HR strategic plan and ensuring tracking of all key deliverables
• Design and development of HR initiatives for best practice

This position does require an immediate start and will FIFO from Perth only.

To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified and experienced HR Manager who has a strong background from within the mining or heavy industrial sectors. You will be a generalist senior HR practitioner who has effectively managed teams, and enjoys working in a country town.
