We are seeking a proactive and adaptable HR Business Partner to join a supportive People & Culture team in a public sector organisation. This role is ideal for someone with strong generalist HR experience who enjoys being hands-on and providing day-to-day support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries via the shared inbox
- Provide advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and general HR matters
- Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Assist with performance management processes and documentation
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required
About You:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Solid HR generalist experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
