An established and highly respected Australian business is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join its People & Culture team. Your new role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience while supporting a diverse range of HR initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding

Providing support on employee relations matters and partnering with leaders on people-related issues

Coordinating recruitment activities and delivering a positive candidate experience

Preparing employment contracts, HR correspondence and employee documentation

Maintaining employee records and HR systems

Supporting learning and development, engagement and wellbeing initiatives
-
Assisting with HR reporting, compliance and people projects
-
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the People & Culture function
What you'll need to succeed
-
Previous experience in a Human Resources Coordinator, HR Administrator or similar role
-
Demonstrated experience supporting or managing employee relations matters is essential

Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
-
Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine passion for people
-
Experience in blue collar industry is highly desirable (construction, manufacturing, logistics etc.)
