Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer to make an immediate impact on a high profile CRM implementation. On an initial 3 month contract, you'll design and build practical, engaging learning solutions that help users quickly and confidently adopt a new enterprise system. Your work will be highly visible and genuinely valued. You'll partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to turn complex technical information into clear, user friendly learning assets including workbooks, guides, job aids and "help buddy" resources. Expect a hands on role where no two days are the same, combining design, facilitation, consultation and problem solving. If you enjoy fast paced environments, stakeholder interaction and creating learning that solves real problems, this role will play straight to your strengths.

What you'll need to succeed
  • You'll bring a strong mix of technical capability and people skills, including:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Instructional Designer delivering end to end learning solutions
  • Proven success developing learning and performance support materials for CRM or enterprise platforms (Client 360 experience highly regarded)
  • Confidence using digital authoring and content building tools
  • A solid understanding of CRM systems and technical workflows
  • Background in insurance or a regulated environment (preferred, not essential)
  • Strong client engagement skills, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder consultation
  • High digital literacy and the agility to work across multiple systems
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, delivery focused environment
