Your new role
This is a hands on Instructional Design role where your work will make a visible impact across the organisation. You'll be responsible for turning complex, technical and compliance heavy information into clear, engaging and practical learning experiences, primarily through digital formats. Working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you'll design, build and continuously improve learning solutions that support real capability uplift.
You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of learning design, including:

Designing engaging, learner centred digital learning solutions

Translating technical and compliance content into clear, practical learning experiences

Building eLearning modules using modern authoring tools

Creating storyboards, scripts, guides and supporting learning resources

Uploading, managing and maintaining content within the LMS

Conducting quality checks to ensure consistency, accessibility and accuracy

Reviewing learner feedback and data to continuously improve learning outcomes

Contributing to learning standards, templates and smarter development processes
What you'll need to succeed
You're someone who cares deeply about good learning design and understands how adults learn in real world, time poor environments. You'll also bring:

Proven experience in instructional design and digital learning development
-
A strong grounding in adult learning principles
-
Hands on experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, WalkMe, ClickLearn or similar)

Experience working with Learning Management Systems

The ability to confidently partner with SMEs and stakeholders
-
Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for detail

An understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
-
A relevant qualification in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Education, HR or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a technical or highly regulated industry is a bonus, but not essential.
