Temporary relief opportunity leading induction, coaching & mentoring and leadership programs within the VPS.
Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government organisation is seeking a VPS5 L&D Specialist to provide temporary relief leading L&D key deliverables, including induction programs, coaching & mentoring programs, manager toolkits and leadership programs, whilst also managing operational activities for 3 months, with the potential of extension.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated Learning & Development experience, including need-gap analysis and capability frameworks
- Proven track-record leading induction, coaching & mentoring and leadership programs is essential
- Previous experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, and is preferred
