Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government organisation is seeking an OD Advisor to provide temporary relief coordinating end-to-end people matters survey activities, including organising communications, engagement, working closely with SME's, reviewing results and developing action plans until 27th of September 2024.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated organisational development or learning & development experience, including need-gap analysis
- Proven track record leading and managing people matters surveys within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is essential
