Small company part-time HR Manager 25 hours across 5 days.
This is an opportunity for an experienced small company HR Manager who is seeking 25 hours per week and able to work from Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Executive, you will be responsible in a standalone capacity for managing the entire HR function including:
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Raising contracts and amending where required
- Maintaining data and reporting on a monthly basis
- Inducting and onboarding new personnel
- Provision of all generalist advice
- Interpretation of relevant awards
- Review, develop and design policies, processes & procedures
- Manage the performance review process
- Case management and investigations, performance management, grievances and disciplinaries
- HSE Incident investigations and reporting
- Supporting return to work and workers compensation
This position will be a Perth-based role with the requirement to travel to the site a couple of times a year.
To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified and experienced HR professional who enjoys being embedded operationally within a business. You will excel in the delivery of transactional and operational HR duties, and it is essential that you possess prior knowledge of the modern awards and industrial relations framework. The corporate office is a small, friendly environment where open communication and collaboration is fostered. Our client is seeking an individual who has only worked within small organisations and can demonstrate a 'hands-on' background.
