Exciting permanent opportunity leading generalist HR activities, within a small VPS agency
Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government agency is seeking a P&C Advisor to lead generalist HR activities, including employee relations, policy interpretation, workforce planning, people initiatives and recruitment, whilst also coaching people leaders and their staff on a permanent basis.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience working across a variety of generalist HR activities, including people initiatives, performance management, policy interpretation, workforce planning, recruitment and other people related prioritises
- Proven track-record interpreting and advising on HR policy, within a business partnering and/ or advisory model
- Previous experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded and is preferred
- Proficient skillset with Oracle is highly desirable, however not essential
