The Role

As a People & Culture Advisor, you'll partner closely with leaders to provide trusted HR advice across performance management, employee relations, policy development, and compliance. You'll play an integral role in shaping employee experience, driving cultural alignment, and supporting a diverse workforce across a dynamic tourism and hospitality environment.

This is a hands on generalist role suited to someone who loves variety, thrives in fast paced environments, and can balance operational HR support with project-based work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional advice on HR, ER and performance management matters
  • Support leaders through coaching, policy interpretation, and dispute resolution
  • Assist with policy development, compliance and governance
  • Analyse HR data and prepare reports
  • Participate in investigations, projects and workforce initiatives
  • Support learning & development, onboarding and employee engagement
  • Build strong relationships across all departments and levels

What you'll need to succeed

  • HR Diploma or Degree
  • 2+ years generalist HR experience
  • Strong employee relations and performance management capability
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, resorts or corporate HR
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high quality service
  • Ability to work flexibly and engage with a diverse workforce
