Perm P&C coordinator immediate start based in Sydney CBD salary up to $80,000k plus super

Your new company

Based in Sydney CBD, this organisation plays a key role in supporting Australia's creative landscape. With a strong emphasis on innovation, diversity, and cultural impact, the organisation empowers creatives and creators across a range of medium. They are currently seeking a P&C coordinator for an immediate start based in central Sydney. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary of $70,000 to $80,000k plus super.

Your new role

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate induction, probation, performance reviews, and salary progression activities.
  • Prepare and manage People & Culture documentation, including contracts, letters, and employee packs.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and organisational charts.
  • Support training, development, and WHS administration.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements in collaboration with Finance.
  • Respond to general enquiries and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the People & Culture unit.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative roles, ideally within a small HR or People & Culture team.
  • Proven ability in general administration, reporting, and document management.
  • Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Professional interpersonal skills, with discretion and confidentiality in stakeholder interactions.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically using Excel
