People & Culture Manager - Workforce Strategy - Newly Created Opportunity.
We are seeking the expertise of a strategic HR leader who is ready to shape the workforce of one of Australia's most critical programs of work.
Reporting to the GM, People & Culture, this position will lead the strategic development and execution of a workforce strategy resulting in high-impact outcomes.

You will be integral in managing risk, aligning workforce initiatives with broader business goals, embedding best practices, and ensuring the workforce plan remains agile and future-ready.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Workforce Plan
- Ensuring effective planning and execution of the workforce strategy aligned with program and organisational objectives
- Act as a key interface between the program and the broader People & Culture function
- Drive consistency and integration of workforce practices across the program
- Identify, assess, and mitigate workforce-related risks to ensure resilience and adaptability
- Champion a culture of leadership, learning, increased capability, and performance excellence
- Presenting core information and reports to the executive and internal and external stakeholders
We are seeking an individual who possesses a tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. You will be a seasoned generalist people and culture practitioner with strong HR projects experience and senior stakeholder engagement to drive best outcome. It is essential that you can demonstrate recent exposure to large-scale, complex working environments from within the resources or heavy industrial sectors.
You will provide inspirational leadership with the ability to influence across non-direct reporting lines and foster a positive, high-performance organisational culture. Prior knowledge and experience of planning, coordinating, and executing a comprehensive workforce strategy will be prioritised as a preference.
It is essential for this role due to industry sector that you be an Australian citizen.
