3-6 month Recruitment Consultant Role

Hays Human Resources are working with a global dental and medical services organisation, who are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team for 3-6 months!

• Immediate start
• $40-$45 per hour + super
• 2 days onsite (Parkville)

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment functions; including advertising, shortlisting, interview booking, and the offer process.
• Able to comprehensively source candidate networks through networking tools and advertisements
• Able to deliver tight deadlines given my hiring managers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
