Rostering Partner - 6-Week Contract (ASAP Start)
Organisation: Aged Care
Location: Remote (North Sydney HQ)
Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $43.50ph + Super
Duration: 6 weeks (potential extension)
We're seeking an experienced Rosterer to join a fast-paced team supporting nearly 4,000 staff across 29 homes.
What You'll Do
- Manage high-volume rostering for a large workforce using UKG or Kronos.
- Forward planning and real-time adjustments to fill roles quickly.
- Collaborate across regions to support each other during peak demand.
About You
- Proven experience in high-volume rostering environments.
- Previous experience in rostering roles for aged care or healthcare industries, or similar industries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with UKG or Kronos systems will be highly regarded.
- Flexible and team-oriented, ready to assist other regions when needed.
Key Details
- Start ASAP.
- Must be available to work through the Christmas period (excluding public holidays).
- Working Monday to Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM shift.
- Potential for extension beyond 6 weeks.
