Your new company is a well-known multinational software company in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Your new role

Your new role will be within a HR shared services setup and will focus on replying to HR queries from employees and managers.

Part of the role will assist with the implementation of a new HRIS.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience in a similar role as a HR Advisor, advising on HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• A similar experience in a shared-services setup would be beneficial
