Your New Role
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:
- The focus of the role will be conducting face-to-face and phone interviews.
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment coordination
- Supporting hiring managers and stakeholders across various departments
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish
What You Will Need to Succeed
To hit the ground running, you will need:
- Immediate availability and ability to commit through to early October
- Proven experience in internal recruitment, ideally within the public sector
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexibility to work in the office at least 3 days a week and as required
