Your new company
This Big 4 Bank is consistently recognised as a great place to work, due to their advanced technology, commitment to flexibility and future-focused policies. They are looking for a recruiter with experience in Financial Services/ Banking for an initial 3-month period.
Your new role
- Sourcing the top 5% of financial crime candidates, competing with the banking giants to secure rare candidates with niche skills
- Using proactive and creative sourcing strategies to mine passive talent in the financial crime space
You will get

You will need
- A minimum of 2 years recruiting for financial services/banking space, Agency or internal experience suitable
- Experience recruiting for financial crime roles will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to source hard-to-find candidates and able to demonstrate strategy
