We're excited to be partnering with an upcoming tech organisation based in Sydney, which is searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team!
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will provide best-practice talent acquisition to all business units, including tech, construction and corporate. This fast-paced and dynamic opportunity will see you managing the entire portfolio of vacancies across the business APAC region to help achieve ambitious growth targets.
key responsibilities;
- Manage end to end recruitment whilst ensuring positive candidate experience.
- Delivering innovative, timely, and effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with your stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to talent acquisition projects/reporting activities as well as championing a range of process improvement and talent initiatives.
- Consult regularly with business leaders on their resourcing needs and proactively build talent pools to enhance diversity and our capability.
- Drive people and culture projects and/or initiatives as required.
