The Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-growth, people-first organisation that helps businesses save time and money through smart digital solutions and expert industry relationships. As the sole Talent Acquisition specialist in the business, you will have the autonomy to own the entire recruitment function. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be a true partner to leadership, helping to shape the teams that drive this business forward.
The RoleThis is a fast-paced, "hands-on" role where no two days are the same. Your primary focus will be split between:
- Sales Growth: Partnering with Sales leadership to build a robust pipeline of high-performing "hungry" commercial talent.
- Corporate & Tech: Managing end-to-end recruitment for Marketing, Technology, Finance, Product, and Operations roles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensuring every candidate has a warm, high-quality experience that reflects the company's values.
- Operational Excellence: Optimising the ATS, identifying process improvements, and contributing to employer branding initiatives
- Talent Pipeline: Ensuring recurring roles are met with a warm talent pool that can be engaged with strategically
This role is perfect for a recruiter who thrives on independence and can build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders. You are likely an agency recruiter looking to move in-house or an experienced internal recruiter who enjoys the variety of a solo desk.
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience: 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house or professional services).
- Versatility: Proven ability to recruit both high-volume sales roles and specialised technical/corporate functions.
- Sourcing Skills: A "pro" at direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital tools.
- Mindset: A "work as one" attitude-someone who gives a damn about the end result and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
