Your new role
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Talent Specialist who wants to do more than just fill roles. In this hands on, end to end role, you'll partner closely with leaders to attract and hire high quality talent across a growing organisation. You'll own the recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding, ensuring every candidate has a positive, engaging and inclusive experience.
Beyond delivery, you'll have real scope to influence. You'll help shape recruitment processes, improve how talent is attracted and assessed, build strong agency partnerships and contribute to scalable hiring practices that support ongoing growth. You'll also play a key role in onboarding and first day experiences, helping new starters feel connected and set up for success from day one.
This is a full time, Melbourne based role where your ideas will be welcomed and your impact will be visible.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering end to end recruitment in a fast moving environment
- Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing capability across varied role types
- Confidence building trusted relationships with hiring managers and advising on best practice
- A genuine passion for inclusive, fair and candidate centric hiring
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
- A proactive mindset and desire to continuously improve how things are done
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field (highly regarded)
